Finding a Jobs are not Easy! For Some people

Most of us Looking for jobs, to get decent life! e.g Good Food, Good health, wealth, money and so on! for some us, life its just like a game! travel to every place have fun and enjoy life to fullest! that's nothing wrong with that kind of mindset! after all, we just have 1 changes to live the life!

For people that live in big city or down town comparing with people that live in suburbs! it could be different mind set and how they think! (probably, though I am not sure)  about finding a jobs! for me personally that live in down town, but big in suburb, when I first graduate from high school, I always thought factory are the places that I can think of, finding a jobs!

But after I graduate from college! well, I change my mind, and I prefer with some decent office, rather than factory or manufacturing company! well, of course many people want to work with big company such as honda, or even samsung factory! but I never thought to work at factory, at all!

to be honest, not far from my home, there is a lot of medium factory! from textile, Food, spare part, or even autos! and the number are not a little, maybe about hundreds factory in there! but just like I said, I never want to go there at all! 😎

From my story I can see, many people will think same like me! and if I have to be honest, if I can consider about having a jobs, in factory! it could happen! because I have many friend that work there! but I choose not to! as we already know, getting a jobs in factory is not that hard! you just need to talk to supervisor, and that's it! miracle happen!

But if you go to work in the office, there's a lot of idealistic people! they can't just hired you, because you know some people in there, or have big shoot friends! even the salary are no different! but the culture are quite different! and if I have to be honest! I don't think its really matter, whether the worker know or not with some insider! but, since I choose the hard way, it could be my biggest lesson in life, and  hard to get decent jobs in office!

maybe just maybe! you having hard time getting a jobs, simply because you reject your origin! i.e some connection in that industry! for many years, I realize that getting a jobs, its not about skill or what so ever! sometime connection can play big part to get a jobs! because most of Human resource department staff, always think, referral worker are the safest bet! first you know him/her, so it make company not hiring stranger people, from out of nowhere! secondly, most of the time, people will not referring some one if he/she not good! at least they have that kind of attitude and good personality and can work with team member!

but my point is! getting a jobs, at some place that you not even know some one in there, the chance are a null! but if you know some one in there! even if your skill just average! the chance is, you will  get hired! most HR staff know, they will not get the best workers! but they will choose the safest bet! to save their faces! that for sure! 😎

on things! if you watch to many movie, about getting jobs, with real skill! forget about that! it doesn't work! but of course for lousy jobs, are not many people want that jobs, you can get easily! e.g marketing, canvasing or something like that! yes, you can that jobs without connection! but, if you want to work with nice position trust me! you will need good connection! otherwise you'll stuck in there!
